I'll spend an hour with you, face to face, at one of Dubai's best pools, reinforcing what's already in your plan, or working through a stubborn issue in real time. Booked on top of your coaching, whenever you want one.

Sessions are AED 375/hr and available once you're already on a SwimFast coaching plan. Your coach will book these with you separately.

Who is this coaching for?

Age group triathletes who want to improve their swim. You do not need to be a strong swimmer to start. Most athletes who join are at an intermediate level or below, and many have never had formal swim coaching before.

I already have a triathlon coach. Can you still help?

How quickly will I see results?
